Goodbye, My Sweet

My Goals for This Blog

First and foremost, I hope to never go off on a sugar bender again. Right now when I eat something sugary, I react just as a junkie would to an oxycodone or an alcoholic to a drink.  I would love to never “fall off the wagon”.

I include wheat and grain products in my carbohydrate sobriety.  I don’t believe they have quite the same effect as sugar but they do have an effect.

Next, I want to rid myself of all artificial sweetners.

Hence the title, “Goodbye, My Sweet.”

But I want to share information and communicate with others who have the same sugar issues as I do. And, I want to have some fun.  I have a strange sense of humor that I hope you can appreciate.
